T.I. Snags NY Yankees' Curtis Granderson For Clothing Brand AKOO

Hip-Hop star T.I. continues to build out his AKOO Clothing Brand, with the addition of professional baseball player Curtis Granderson signing on board as the brand's latest ambassador.

Granderson, who is a star player for The New York Yankees, joins artists like B.o.B., Meek Milz, Travis Porter and DJ Drama, who will don AKOO in the brand's latest national advertising campaign.

The celebs will be featured in print and video ads for AKOO and travel the country to host meet and greets with fans at retail stores.

“We’re honored to have Curtis Granderson join the AKOO Brand Ambassador program as he is a remarkable individual who is an athlete, author and broadcast commentator who we see as a well rounded role model that coincides with our brand’s message," said Jeff Belizaire, Marketing Director of AKOO Clothing.

AKOO, which is manufactured and distributed by the RP55 Apparel Group, was founded by rapper T.I. and his business partner, Jason Geter.
